  • Growing Guide

Corncockle grows to be around 70cm - 100cm tall, it can be beneficial to add support while growing or growing among other annuals to 'prop' it up.  Choose a sunny site with free-draining soil.

Sow direct from March to May, or from September to October for earlier Spring blooms.

Prepare your soil by removing weeds and raking to a fine tilth.

Pick Corncockle blooms to encourage more flower production, the more you pick the more flowers are produced.  Corncockle self-seed readily.
